Agreed. - Powerslave
We havn't had this much talent in the system in years
Mitts
Guhle
Ullmark
Nylander *
Cj smith *
Some of it is gmtm, but jbotts keeping guhle down was smart
Ullmark - giving a pick to Vegas to keep him
Antipin - should be a regular next year

This place was burned to the (frank)ing ground when we weren't compensated for Kane how we believed we should have been. I can't imagine just dropping guys. That's just sadistic. - TheSabresTaco
I think the big part of the issue wasn't that we didn't get much in return for Kane, I was not surprised. My anger stems from what we gave up to get him, what he turned out to be (he was the prized acquisition of that trade), and because of his doucheyness, the return we got.
My problem is staring at some of those contributors on the Jets and looking at mid round picks and maybe a bottom six (but he could surprise) forward.
That's what ticked me off, but I'm all about dropping POS's.
The best time to fire someone is when you can't afford to (and that's ONLY if they earned it). |

I think GMTM MAY have picked some good players in the draft. It's most of the risks he took in "hockey trades" that set us back. They seem to have back fired. |

Lots of time till next season puck drop.
How they doing this season ? - cabin
Foligno 6 goals 59 games
Ennis 8 goals in 60 games
On a good team with talent.
I'd say they are both not doing so well |

In Scandella alone, that trade is looking better by the day. Character guy, decent defensively.
It that is what it cost us to get a second pair guy, appears to be at least, I do that all day long. |

Given where we've drafted, is this really a lot of talent?

I'm sure I'm in the minority, I still like pommer.
Team guy, sure he's helping jbotts with the inside the locker room report.
Always liked pommer. Seams like a really great guy.

Fitzgerald I'm hearing as well maybe good.
Again, I've said this before to, but we pound on GMTM. But LaFontaine was brought in to steer the ship, Pegula GOT a hockey operations guy. LaFontaine brought in Murray and instead of working with him, took his toys and went home when he did something he didn't like.
That's the second team LaFontaine has done that too.
This doesn't get mentioned all that much, that really put TM in a BAD spot. |

this inferiority complex is exactly why people talk poop on buffalonians
had an uber fare the other day
they were from downstate
i asked them what they think of buffalo folk
they said we were "nice" so i asked them if they were just being "nice" and my feelings wouldnt be hurt because i didnt grow up here and the locals are a little weird
and they opened up about it, said yeah there's something weird about buffalonians, and their theory was it's proximity to canada
inferiority complex to the max
i love buffalo but lets be real, the second you question anything about it, their exact response is eerily similar to yours
"you think ur so smart! then leave!"
maybe that's why people do. - U Sir Name
Maybe bc no one is gonna waste their time trying to have a reasonable convo with someone who is just ranting & raving
If you’re just gonna b!tch up a storm,
you’ll probably get quipped responses

sam and nylander are not putting up Crosby points atm . But could end up decent top 3 players.
seems our posters feel if they aren't putting up them numbers right away, they are a bust . and they resort to not watching stats to prove their point . |

Was talking total points. But my main point was about Ennis. just wild how far he fell. I mean I remember thinking he could be a 30 goal scorer under the right conditions. |
