He tapped a puck into what was basically an empty net. He was absolutely awful until a month or so ago. He needs to keep his recent pace up for more than 6 weeks to say he's a player. Who's to say he's not just another Stafford that shows up at contract time.

Can anybody forgive me for giving up on watching games when they start at 12:30am local time? Am i not a true fan because my boss gives out to me for falling asleep at work after staying up till 3AM to see the Sabres lose and I say to myself "Frank this for ENTERTAINMENT?! Am I not a TRUE fan!?!??!

On a serious note. Happy and sad to see Kane go. The original plan was to have him part of a playoff team. Didn't work out unfortunately but best of luck to the guy. I think he will fit very well with the Sharks...I hope he signs with them.
