Keep Sam around. 2-3 years/ 8-9 million total seems about right. Nylander will continue to grow as he has shown flashes of talent so I would not be giving up on him just yet unless someone is ready to give some good value back. He is only 20 and although he might not be as dominate as a few other 20 year olds he is solid. One more year in the AHL depending on what we do in the offseason and he should be good to go with Mittelstadt, Smith and Baptiste.

Eichel was going to score 90 points yet, he's never been a ppg player.
Nylander is a bust because he was screwed and mentally (frank)ed with by a teamate, bad injury, and getting used to a new country and ice and he is still only 19.

So basically what you're doing is complaining that, in hindsight, Murray drafted the wrong guy. OK. Hindsight suggests you're right so far. But whining about it gets no one anywhere.

We deal with what we have and we want our players to be successful. Reinhart is having a successful 2018. So (frank)ing deal with it. Jesus.

That 06-07 team was stacked. Having that defense made everyone better too. Can't argue that Jack isn't the best linemate to have period, but totally agree that Stafford had a number of advantages.

Samson is finally moving his feet. Crossovers are real. He always had the hands, just needed to get moving. It MUST continue though. I'm even up for the bridge, "show me", deal.
