I'd say as long as we get three goals by deflections off of skates or linesmen ........ I like our chances. |

No, but it's a start (I read this as he would help lift Buffalo over the Pats for a win)
EDIT: After re-reading what you said, I think he would take a contract with Buffalo

Completely agree about Beaulieu. When he gets up in the play he looks dangerous. Drove to the net and took a big hit to do so against the Loafs. Also made a few nice plays just getting it over the line and pushing play on changes. Issue is it's not consistent and he's old enough where more is expected. I don't get it.
I remember in preseason, I was wondering how we got him for 3rd. |

for enough money, yes, but I think the bills would be nuts to do it. He doesn't fit what McD wants here ... ZERO chance it happens. |

what about the o'regan call up? not in line up tonight? |

if we could have the leafs game for 75-82 games a year... he'd be okay.

the spin-o-rama turnover in the leafs zone was the latest example of one of his extreme brain-farts...happens nearly every game |

if seahawks are blowing it up, see if they can pluck a lineman from them |

no...in what seems to be typical sabres fashion as of late, he was called up and won't be on the ice |

Yeah that was bad. Not only the turn over, but he continued forward instead of doing a stop and start...almost took out a back-checker in the process.
I remember a few good plays, but they're nixed by the irredeemable mistakes. I don't remember a Sabres defender with as much talent and yet so little positives when he plays...Dmitri Kalinin maybe??? IMO he has the physical attributes, skating and shot to be something. |

Larsson at 2c, Pouliot at 4C, Pominville ahead of Okposo on the depth chart, and O'Regan scratched. And Housley is saying they're trying to win?

Excellent write up:
I feel that bowl u is sorta the equivalent of the tanking meszaros tanking move
Division guy, turns the puck over
Sabres :just finish this season by losing 9 or 10 of the 16 games left. Pick top 5 please
Then we can root whole heartedly for a decade or more for wins. |

They should have called up Sean Malone to play center against the Leafs, He has been playing well in Rochester since returning from injury. I don't think Martin would have been able to injure him. Malone is a solid build type of player. It was nice to see Tough guy Martin's 2 biggest hits of the game were on Guhle and Crisculo. |
