For those who think EP is too small at 170lbs, Johnny Gaudreau, Tyler, Ennis, Mitch Marner, Yanni Gourde (all 165 or under) all seem to be doing fine. Oh and Brendan Leipsic as well - Bakwas
How many of them are 6'2? |

NHL.com has a great little thing. John Klingberg is the only one under 180 lbs. At 6'1" you can add Nico Hischier who is 175 lbs. Kyle Connor is 181 lbs. |

His weight isn't an issue, there's a lot of talented young guys in the league around that weight. It's his strength because he's 6'2" (center of gravity) that he needs to work on, man-strength. That comes with age.
Gonna be a special player though |

Get a room would ya, your EP lovin’ is over the top.
And for those who don’t want to trade Tanev because you think OJ will need him to meantor, please! If OJ can’t survive without someone to carry his lunch he isn’t worth the draft pick they wasted on him.
Bottom five finish again next year.

Nope, next year will be a big turn around, Sedins retire, 5-6 new prospects to develop with Horvat leading. I predict a rise in the standings...

Sedins resign for 7 years 12mil each, Horvat goes down with a career ending injury, Boeser gets traded for 2 7th rounders, Petterson decides to stay in Sweden for the length of his ELC. Demko demands a trade when Markstrom refuses to come out after being perforated for 10 goals on 11 shots. Linden, Benning and Green all fired and replaced by Chip Wilson who buys the team from the Aquilinis and declares that selling women's yoga pants qualifies him as a hockey owner/GM/coach. GM Place gets struck by lightning and collapses under the weight of a dismal 0-82 season, but no one cares since no one is going to the games anymore. Bettman moves the team to Markham and declares that Vancouver isn't a hockey town.

He played Center and still did well this year. They moved him back to wing for other reasons than unable to play center. He will also play with a lot better talent here than he does in the SHL. - Retinalz
Why? did he get traded?

that’s what this was for.
Just finished watching last nights game, Virtanen had a strong game. I thought Leipsic was fun to watch, but his style of play makes me think he’s going to get seriously hurt. |

If the owner wants to spend 6 mil on a 4 th PK guy or 7 mil on a 37 yr old center with 2 goals it is his money he can do what he wants.
I haven't been to a game in two years and I wont go until the roster is changed . That is my money and I can do what I want with it.
They are now offering out seats for 20 dollars and seats are still no where near full. It is Aquamans team and can spend his money however he chooses but from the looks of it the empty seats tell me people don't support this |

I haven’t spent a single dollar on the NHL since the last lockout. I have been to one game - free tickets, and I got a new touque for Christmas this year, and because my cell contract is with Rogers I “get” NHL centre ice. But none of my actual dollars spent on anything NHL. |

I will spend again once I like the product but I don't see that happening soon |
