My prediction-
Browns go Barkley at one
Bills get up to 2, take Darnold
Browns take Baker at 4 - sbroads24
I don't see it, they get roasted if they pass on "the guy" for the 37th time. At least take your shot at 1, get the guy you like the best and roll the dice. Go out on your feet, not because someone else dictated who you got.
The draft is finicky, you never know what might happen, even if they like Mayfield the best, maybe someone else does too and they go up to 2 or 3 to get him, now you don't get the guy you like the best. |

Giant mistake. We all thought they were going to be 7-9 at best this year, many thought 3-13 was not at all out of the ballpark, and one thought 1-15 even after seeing the team.
They could easily be better next year and they're 10-6 now what? You "wasted" all that capital last(this) year, sure you've got a solid roster, but now you're relying on Matt Moore. Yikes.
Stop (frank)ing around, go up, pay the PRICE, and get your guy. Which, thankfully, it's all but undeniable that's what they're trying to do right now. - Wetbandit1
Pretty sure this was before the Glenn trade |

That's an easy enough pill to swallow. I'll say it again, I am very impressed with Beane and what he has accomplished thus far. - RhinoFan
Except Beane didn't make the White deal. |

I think they do because of the Tyrod trade and the fact they have the 4th pick overall
They take the best prospect in the draft (they do need a RB) and get Allen or Mayfield at 4 |

Sure, but let's not give credit where it's not due.
I really like the outcome of Beane's moves so far, and he would've gotten a pass until this draft because it was clear that's where he was thinking all along. I have more confidence he won't (frank) it up than I did. |

Pretty amazing that the bills get to 12 for Glenn and 21.... we actually have a gm that knows what he’s doing. |

If anything it means the Bills are sold on a guy and they are moving up to get him
With the Glenn trade I feel much more comfortable trading up now |

So the Bills trade Glenn who didn't play much last year and pick 22 to get to pick 12, they also get better draft positions in their 5th and 6th round picks AND they get MORE cap space...
They're getting a QB and they can be players in Free Agency - Stripes77
This just goes to show the escalating value of picks in the first round like I've been saying.
Moving up 9 picks only cost Cordy Glenn, an overpaid, injury prone player with what? 4 years left?
But if you try and move up from 10 to 1 you'd get hung up on before you even got Glenn's name out. |

No way Browns trade a 3rd for Tyrod and draft QB at 1, no way. Then they should have signed a FA for huge $$ for one year (they have the cap room) and got the rookie QB ready for next year. They are taking Barkley 100%. If we can get to 2, pick of the QBs, could be unreal.
How about getting to 2, then another team gets to 3 (looking for QB) and you do the Darcy /Flames deal.... Write down who you want, if they are different trade 2nd overall for 3rd and something? Otherwise no trade. - Lilroot9
I like this alot. Even if team at 3 wants a different qb, gain maybe a 3rd and 4th to move down a spot.

I just think now is the time for both teams, the Bills and the Browns, to stop (frank)ing around and get your guy. Both teams have a poop load of picks. While it's true both teams, especially the Browns, have a bunch of holes to fill, the reality is without a QB they're going nowhere. Get the QB and over the next couple of years while he's getting his feet under him you complete your roster. And you come out firing when he's 25 and you've got a solid decade of being a contender if you have solid management. |

Old regime though
This regime went out and got Landry and Tyrod
They have 1st and 4th overall
They can take Barkley and Allen who is going to need at least a year and say they have their future guy and have an offense filled with weapons around him. Or trade down again and take Rudolph (who I like as well) and let him develop behind Tyrod.
Or take Mayfield at 4.
Either way I think it means Barkley at 1 for them |

Sure, but how many regimes have done the same poop and gotten nowhere? How many regimes have been utterly incapable of drafting? I was listening to the Cleveland guy today on GR and he was saying that the 3rd for Tyrod isn't a huge price because they've been so bad at drafting since they came back into the league that at least they got a solid guy there instead of wasting a pick.
I just don't see how the new guy got hired saying it's going to be business as usual. |

With the willingness of both organizations to wheel and deal, I think Cleveland and buffalo make great trading partners.
I'm eyeing #4 . Like you said, 2 (1st) and the Sammy 2nd
If they need to go higher to get there guy, do it |

If Beane picks the right QB. I’d say we hit a home run there.
I hope your right about botts....haven’t seen enough of him yet to sway me one way or another. Although the mitts, pick looks like a steal. He got some serious work to do this off season, not realistic that he can get all of it done but a couple steps would make me feeel better. Not a fan of what he did at the trade deadline... but move some dead weight and get another solid draft and i’ll Start to feel better.
