Ok. So since you dont like the same outdoor activities as me it renders my point invalid? Gotcha. Do whatever you like to do, thats the idea. It takes more than 5 minutes to wait in line at the store just to buy what you need to make that meal in the crock pot... after you get there, shop it out, and before you get back home. I didnt say i wanted to get drunk at home, i dont work anywhere near enough hours to even worry about drinking while i work and i just so happen to like the taste of beer with food. I guess the shovel to the face seems more enjoyable to me than drinking water with a good meal. Enjoy your kid, i guess thats why theres different activities to amuse different people afterall. - TheHank
30 mins for 2 wks worth of groceries on my way home from work on Mondays when theres maybe 3 other shoppers at Tops. I'm a typical guy. I know what I need at the store and know how to get in and out of there.
Also it's not about getting drunk at home. I just don't drink at home, ever. I actually have very little to no booze at the house, just odds and ends left over from concerts or camping. Didn't come from a drinking household so I kinda just kept my home that way. Meaning the most I ever saw my parent drink was a few glasses of wine/champagne during the holiday's. Have a handicapped sister so they just didn't drink as to the needs of her care. Dad was the only one that worked as mom did the stay at home thing. Just telling you that as to not have the response of "well they drank when they went out". They never went out other than spending the weekend at various hospitals for my sister. Had to learn how to take care of myself for the most part. Just the way it was and because of it, I'd rather just do it myself. Wouldn't change it. |

does our 2 firsts and the first pick in the 3rd rd get us to 3? - homiedclown
I heard from a friend ( honestly) that the pundits were saying that the 12th, 21st and a 3rd ( not sure if Bills or Cleveland’s) would get them to 3rd and maybe to 2nd.
Beaner has positioned himself well to put the other leg of his big boy pants on!

And stay away from Foles Folly.
Maybe take a flyer on Bridgewater...see if he wants to resurrect his career here for a year or two...then trade him away alla Garap.
Move over NE, there is a new sheriff in town !! |

JBotts time to shine is coming up fast.
Can he, will he do it?
He needed a year to observe and evaluate ... OK.
Beane with McDermott started immediately and made several significant moves along the way...including several big contracts, a couple of which were for players with ?? attached to them.
Pressure is on JBotts, make it happen. |

Agreed the number to get to 2 is 2600.
12. 1200
22. 780
65. 265
AKA not enough.
12, 22, and 2019 1st is enough.
12, 22, 53, and 65 is enough (2615) |

12, 22, 65 is only 2245.
#3's value is 2200.
#3 doesn't get you the top QB. |

The list of your fails far out weigh your hits....
By miles. - dadeadhead
How did you “hit” on the fins and Marner. They were top 5 picks projected to go top 5 the whole year. That’s not a hit. It’s like someone saying dahlin will be good and when he is saying you called it.
Well this year you are saying zadina and TK. They have been top prospects for a year and a half. I hope they are gonna be good... |

I don't want to be a grammar cop but when you reference intelligence you should at least type the correct word or homophone when doing so. Sorry, I'm just saying it makes it hard to find you credible. - TheHank
So I’m not credible because my phone autocorrects words and I’m too lazy to go back and fix it on a hockey blog. Yeaaaahhh dude... |

Things happen, who knows.
You are probably right though , hence the word MAYBE.
MAYBE - is an adverb and it means the same as perhaps. We use them when we think something is possible, but we are not certain. |

It's going to take three 1st's or two 1st along with 2-3 other pieces to get to 2. Too many other teams trying to get up there along with Buffalo.
I'm pretty sure 2, 3, and 4 are available.
Do you wanna lose out on guaranteeing you get your guy at 2 because you wanted to skimp out?
IMO, Barkley at one, and the next 3 picks get moved. With Cleveland only moving back 1-3 spots and getting their guy at QB. |

Dude,
You have seen my posts, Baker Mayfield.
I’m no GM, and neither are you, right.
Do you absolutely need to get to 2?
Darnold, Rosen, Allen, Mayfield...and IMO Mayfield is likely the 4th, from what I read.
Absolutely 2gives a higher probability of getting your guy.
But I’d be ok with Rosen as well.
So 2 to me isn’t necessary. |

With the Bills latest trade, IMO you are going to see a bidding war for 2 and 3 with Buffalo, NYJ, and Denver. With Cleveland at 1 and 4, one of Buffalo, NYJ, and Denver are going to miss out on the big three (Darnold, Rosen, and Allen).
Mayfield has that Johnny Football bust potential attitude wise written all over it. Just an IMO. |

I'll take the attitude problems of Mayfield over the accuracy problems of Allen. Kids grow up, but trying to teach accuracy? Eesh
Edit: This is really dumb, too, but it's been reported that Rosen is an atheist. I doubt Tpegs would ever select an atheist. He's all about god |

I disagree,
I havent cleaned anything, washed anything, cooked anything, been to a grocery store, bought any gifts for anyone, or had to worry about bills being paid in 8 years since ive been together with my wife. I spend well over 120 days a year fishing on my boat and golfing, and have never received one word of disapproval from her about it either. She makes more money than me and has a credit score over 820 (all three of them.) I am thankful for her every single day. No kids, she doesnt want any just like me. Wine, scotch, burnables, and fun are the name of the game for us. Life is grand, except for my sports teams sucking (she is as big of a fan as i am too.) I am not kidding. - TheHank

It's a dumb way to run a team for sure, but he and McDermott are serious about god. Maybe McDermott would see it as an opportunity to save a soul |
