I was literally in my car, with it running, with 5 other cars ahead of/behind me and she comes over and says you have to move, and I told her I was just waiting for my friend to come out, there was no other parking anywhere near the area hence all the other cars, and she says if you're not gone by the time I get back you're getting a ticket, I said "ok". She literally walked 10 feet down the sidewalk, ignored all the other cars that were there when I got there, turned around and wrote me a ticket. What an bumhole.

There's a big difference between parking enforcement in smaller towns vs. major cities. In major cities, they are just printing revenue for said city....all day. They have more tickets to write than time to do it. In a place like Buffalo, they harass anyone who might not even really be in violation because they have nothing else to do.
