HE’S NOT GOOD

His career completion percentage of only 52.4% (that’s not a typo) is probably the worst of any QB in the league
(Who’s played more than a year)

And as for learning from Palmer...
it’s not like his numbers have increased
His completion % last year was 49.7%

Even if he was a good backup...
he certainly doesn’t seem like the guy to “mentor” whoever we draft

Honestly, it was a throw away name/joke, but the more names disappear off the market, it's becoming somewhat realistic. The cards are also my NFC team. They could easily just go with Peterman too though

Free agency has only been going for a few hours

There’s still all kinds of time for the Bills to get a Vet QB to backup whoever we draft

Maybe we are waiting to see if we can trade up or not...
Bc that would determine what type QB we need to bring in

For example:
If we trade up for Rosen,
then someone like Matt Moore makes sense

But if we get stuck and end up taking a QB who’s not ready to start (Allen, Jackson, Rudolph)...
then maybe we’d go with someone like McCarron who has more upside
