Grabner and Richardson.
Why this team would ever convince themselves to spend any money on any $$$ UFA after Eriksson is beyond reason.
...
aw (frank) David Perron is gonna get 5x5 isn't he...? - Lindenis#1
When Kane was gone...we signed another real good player

They'll miss out on Kane, JVR and Neal. Phew! Bullets dodged! But what good is cap space if it isn't spent on useless players so come on down Perron. We gonna make you rich.
I'm terrified to hear of the offer they put in front of John Carlson this summer if he gets to UFA |

Vegas sure is hitting the tank button a little too late in the season. |

Sounds like a job for Gillis and Gilman. - Lindenis#1
Gillis will (frank) this team again. He got us to the SCF once and there was a fair bit of luck involved to get out of the first round. He was decent at trading, good with cap management, poop at drafting, he really was not a very good GM. I would not trust anyone that learned from him either. |

Meh, they will make the playoffs. I think they will make 2nd round then get booted. |

I think they have pretty much penciled OJ for every opportunity to stick with the team next season and will make room to do it. The only way I see OJ in the AHL is if we get Dahlin. - Retinalz

They're a first round "upset" waiting to happen.
Elite players win playoff series. They have none. |

Oilers up 3-2. Their anti-tank ways might keep them from catching up. |

Would be a cool story if they won it all. But I think Nash and Peg are going to be tough to get by in the west. East is different could see the Bruins making a run. |

Its hard to put money against Nashville at this point. I don't know if Winnipeg's defence can hold up in a series compared to Nashville's.
The East is Tampa's to lose. I don't like a Metro team this year. Boston's health is in question and Toronto's defence is assbutts. |

Not always, cinderella stories happen. I think they make the 2nd round, unless they play an opponent that it impossible for them to beat. They may not have any elite players(though some players are having elite seasons) but they have a really good system in place right now and they stick too it. Their system is the reason they are doing so well. |

Just colour me skeptical that a team comprised of castoffs has found a recipe to sustainable success that has never worked ever before. |

212 minutes without a goal. That's some (frank)ing commitment to the tank. Either that, or we are really bad at hockeying. |
