Shoulders are easy as long as you identify the problem they can be rehabed back to 100 percent, 100 percent of the time. I've seen lots of them. - Pres.cup

It's not funny vanhockey, they're a serious problem If you don't identify the issue , once I identify the cause I can rehab it with some rehab and strength building in the area, it never should have gotten to the point that surgery was any option. In my practise these are the details that "doctors" miss, they should be sending more players to specialists like myself.

I follow one of those gym fails accounts on IG and a guy that goes to my gym got featured in his "massive squat PR" where he hit like 10% depth |

Nice read on Green/ Virtanen. Great to see he is making strides in the maturity department - CanuckDon
Good read, thanks for posting.
But before that, the winger was making himself noticeable every night. Virtanen was playing with purpose, using his powerful stride to get directly to the net and make a timely hits. His shot selection was better. And he didn’t turn away when opponents wanted to engage him. He played with, yes, a swagger.
Green saw it, too.
“I feel like I’m getting that back,” Virtanen says. “I had it in junior big time (with the Calgary Hitmen). I wouldn’t really take anything from anyone. I just want to be a guy who when teams come in and when their D is going back for the puck, they know I’m coming and they don’t want to get hit.
Yes please
On a scale of one to 10 – one being a naive rookie, 10 a polished, self-starting professional – Green says Virtanen was about a two when he arrived in Utica last fall and left the AHL as a four. Asked what Virtanen is now, Green thinks about it a long time and says “probably a six.”
Damn, Green doesn't hold back lol. But yeah, hopefully it's more than a 6 this summer.
Interesting that Jake was at a 2 while being up with the big club last year under WD and despite the presence of the vets on the team. Makes you wonder about the true value of mentorship... |

Like how Green has a tough love approach with the prospects. seems to be working on Virtanen lately. Does he care enough about Goblin to spend the same amount of time? Probably not, I think the kid is done in Van |

Yup, I agree on both points.
Seemed like WD was more laid back and let the vets run the room, Green is more hands on.
And I don't think Green is a fan of Goldobin, would be surprised to see him back in Vancouver next year unless Benning thinks he can sneak him through the waiver wire in September(doubt it, I can see a couple of bottom feeding teams claiming him). |

Agreed, I don't blame Green for not liking the kid. I hope we can trade him for a mid round pick at the draft. |

I would see him more in a package deal. Have a hard seeing anyone trading a mid round pick on him being non waiver eligible and not a sure fire NHL’er. |

When goblin first came the sharks camp, thornton commented what the heck is this, now we know. He has skill but theres no drive in him that I can see, he just floats around. |

Not sure how the Flyers are going to be able to compete, they have signed 3 of their picks recently and the 3 of them are 6 ft., 6 2, and 6 3.
How are they ever going to be good if you need to be smaller in todays game?
So i check out some other organizations like Kings, Bruins, Canes, it appears they are also drafting big, surly players.
I must be getting misguided and misinformed information on tje changing game status , from all the geniuses on the web chat shows.

This sounds odd. We are the epitome of a bottom feeder, yet he looks like a terrible player on a terrible hockey team. |
