We all want the team to do well, and everyone is frustrated. Some choose to vent it and tend to exaggerate the darkness, others like to focus on the few positives and ignore the pain and refuse to hear anything negative said about the team.

For those that truly believe in the majority of the moves this team has made over the past 5 years or so, I have nothing to say lol.

I certainly don't ignore the stupidity, the pain and focus on positives, and likewise I don't grasp the negativity or exaggerate any darkness.

My post was more tongue in cheek to AS_L and twisting the outlook to a positive spin that Benning really does have a plan but is just pulling the wool over everyone's eyes.

we have a lots of quality forwards coming over the next couple years at least. There is nothing coming from the back end and OJ is looking worse and worse from reports. I am now hoping for a top 4 guy where as before i expected more.

I think with a more mature/ older Boeser and Horvat, Pettersson and potentially Gaudette, we should be able to score next season. Also, Zadina, Dahlin or Svech could likely step in right away. I truly think the team will be materially better next year.

Not defending OJ, but this is total bs because he was scratched two games due to fatigue? He returned and was on their top pairing.

He's done things, just not good things. I'm beginning to think this management and scouting group can't identify quality NHL D. Similar to how Burke had no idea what to look for in a goaltender.

Yeah, I really had a tough time choosing between Boqvist and Zadina. Happy with either if got them.

Ya we do, now we spent two drafts focusing on stocking the cupboards of forwards. Now he will turn to D, probably still pick BPA in the top5 but other than that.
