I’m not there, but continuous reports from reporters point to it being a country club.

Hence why I stated in the past blog that that roster needs to turn over significantly...there are well paid players that don’t have an once they f leadership in them..some are not championship material ... weak minded, fragile, etc.
But 5 months later the team is rudderless, lost and last in the league.
It is more than a lack of talent.

I can agree with that.
And I can state that it takes more than one.
THE CORE needs to be the leadership on and off the ice, hold them self, the other core members, and others the other support players accountable.
That turns into a winning culture, an expectation of winning, and having players consistently play to their potential.
