you keep leaving out whether the giants would actually want to move out of the no. 2 overall pick down to 12 - Michael Pachla
Only way they do is if they feel that Davis Webb is it. Everything seems to be pointing to a rebuild for the Giants, they may squeeze a year or so out of Eli, but they need a long term answer. |

How many QBs in Philip Rivers draft ? So we ended up at the fourth best QB right
That worked out - gerbe75pts
1) Darnold
2)Allen
3)Rosen
4)Mayfield
5) Jackson
That’s my personal rankings. Allen has been working with Jordan Palmer this offseason and with the adjustments of his stride in the throwing process, Palmer is already gushing about how accurate he is. Guess we’ll find out after his pro day today. |

I can’t believe some of you are playing it safe we have all the draft picks to finally move up and you don’t want to do it . - gerbe75pts
Drafting an early QB or trading up to get one doesn't equate to getting a good QB.

Incorrect, yes there are several that don't make it. However, look at where teh QB's in the playoffs are drafted, year in an year out. Look at how many late round QB's actually make significant impact.
You're right, the facts don't lie. |

That's the point I was trying to make. Early QB doesn't equal stud. Late QBs could also flop, but picks out of top 10 are studs too! |

But it's MUCH more consistent if you pick top 5.
That's why I don't want the Giants to trade their pick, unless it's for 1. |

This football talk is boring. Back to how over rated Ryan O'Reilly is
He's 8th among forwards...On the Sabres in Shots generated per 60 (at even and 5 on 5)
That's behind studs like Zemgus Gigensons, Scott Wilson and Jason Pominville |

2015: Winston (1) & Mariota (2) = Garbage IMO
2014: Bortles (3), Manziel (22) Bridgewater (32) = Garbage
2013: No QB drafted top 5, EJ (16) = Garbage
2012: Luck (1) RGIII (2), I would rather have Wilson (75). Even Foles (88) has a ring.
2011: Newton (1)
2010: Bradford (1) = Garbage
2009 Stafford (1) rest of draft garbage
2008 Ryan (1)
2007 Russell (1) Quinn (22) That pick killed the Raiders
2006 Young (3)
So there is ten years. Drafting top 5 "worked out" 4 times. Which has paid off with how many SB's? |

Winston and Mariota are garbage? I could think of few teams that would take that garbage.
Kind of tough to gauge SB's when one 6th round pick is in most of them.
Take a look at the amount of successful 2nd and 3rd round QB's that are out there compared with first, that's the question you need to ask.

He'd be better served in the AHL but his contract forbids it. |

Mayfield
Darnold
Rosen
Rudolph
Allen
Jackson - Stripes77
I support this.
Maybe move Mayfield back to 3 and bump Darnold and Rosen up 1
I really like Mason Rudolph if we don't have to trade up for him. I'd be happy with that tbph. |

IMO people are going to be shocked at the order the QB's go in after Darnold.
I think Josh Allen falls, and I think Rudolph goes higher than anyone is predicting.
This is the NFL draft, nothing is ever as it seems |
