they should know what his value is right now and shouldnt hold out hoping it rises. player is getting older, the injury list is growing, and if it was possible his offensive stats will begin to decline even lower, stop the bleeding before he's Mike Green - aka untradeable

There have been lots of different players come and go over the past 3 years. Maybe there is a problem elsewhere leading to more injuries.

Watched the spitfires game 1, dipietro is that team, he stood on his head and made 41 saves and I would say he stopped at 6 sure goals, he never gives up on a play.

I would try and get Bode Wilde for Tanev. If a team with a pick in the 14-16 range will give up their first and Wilde is still there then I look to make that move.
