He just laid all the issues squarely on the shoulders of the players collectively, and pointed to lack of leadership and accountability on them as well. “Far too many young players who do what they want”.

The veterans who were brought in to provide leadership have failed miserably, apparently though, the younger guys aren’t listening too well.

Player with 18 years, 992 games played, Alternate Captain of the Canadians, Captain of the Sabres. Nothing was given to him as a 3rd round pick, he earned it all.

I’ll take his insights, even though I don’t always agree with all his takes, generally though, I like many of them.

This morning on the @dpshow, Dan Patrick cites a scouting source saying the Browns are using their "love" of Sam Darnold as bait, hoping the Giants trade up to No. 1... adding the Browns prefer Josh Allen.

That leaves 2 QBs not counting Jackson (no thank you) and Rudolph who some think is legit.

I understand why people want the Bills to move up. But man this draft seems like 83 all over again (minus the Elway going 1st factor, and the sure thing future hall of famers).

You don't have to trade up to get a guy that can be a stud.

I think they just need to gut the team tbh.

It's not a good mix. I don't think any one guy in the locker room changes it.

There is 0 excuse for Reinhart to just flat out not play for the first 35-40 games.

There is 0 excuse for O'Reilly to be invisible half the time, and have a brutal start in terms of effort

There is 0 excuse for Kane to mail it in, in December, in a contract year.

There is 0 excuse for some of the lack of effort plays we've seen from Eichel.

The only guy I'd excuse is Okposo, because I never thought he was playing again

I know the source, but you didn't answer the question.

if the bills draft jackson and he ends up being good then one of it will matter, but it will be them backing into a quarterback instead of actually trying to get one.

i just want to see some conviction. a good qb is the safest way to be good in the league. if theres a guy they want they need to move up and get him no matter the cost.

if it doesnt work then tough poop try again next time. being scared to go get a guy is the last thing i want from the team i root for.
