assuming you've drafted based on talent and potential instead of tired cliches like "good hockey lineage" or "big body that gets in the dirty areas" it usually doesnt take 4 years for 1st rounders to make some sort of impact.

The whole point of cardio is to burn calories.

Do you mean a warmup song? Take 5 minutes on the bike/elliptical/treadmill whatever to warmup before your workout?

Remember when Randy Moss was done and then he went to the Pats and had one of the best seasons ever? I'm not saying Dez would do that, but he's still got plenty of gas left in the tank.
