Stars skaters played like poop too, they have some serious depth issues. Rely way too much on Benn/Seguin/Kling/Radulov, rest of the lineup kinda sucks offensively.

Hanzal/Spezza were supposed to be a big part of their secondary scoring. They have 12 goal combined lol.


They desperately need to rebuild their 2nd/3rd/4th lines. Not enough speed/skill.

It's almost better being a Canuck fan. More talent in the system. Only 1 real bad contract, in LE. Serviceable atleast too. Gagner is a bad contract tho, but only 2 years left. Signed 1 year too long (really 3 years too long).

they just realeased the numbers and what does 2 last get percentage wise? 13% and 3rd 10% its not enough to go against the boys trying , i see growth from JV down the stretch and if hes the only one to benefit , its still worth it IMO

The first round is the luck of the draw, but the reason I hope for the losses are for the later rounds. The scouts have been doing a better job and have shown they can find the gems, but I want them to have the opportunity to always get their guy. Had they finished 27th last year, maybe they dont get Lind? Or maybe they were hoping for Tolvanen/Kostin would still be available? 1 or 2 spots and you can miss your guy...
