Can someone anyone explain how these line combinations make sense? I understand experimenting but holy cow, really:

AV said Chytil will center Hayes and Zuccarello, while Andersson will skate between Vesey and Spooner. Namestnikov with Buchnevich and McLeod. Zibanejad line stays same. #NYR

I actually like the lines

Chytil and Andersson getting a real chance to show what they have. Nam has been blah for a while and buch drew the short straw for a game.

At this point whether its McCloud, Carey, or DD it doesn't really matter

I think that will eventually happen...I think AV fears Tom Wilson and for what it's worth, try to keep him honest because Wash is still playing for that #1 spot.

my preference is that McLeod does something to Wilson that gets himself suspended

I’m mixed about the lines, don’t know McLoed is in the universe let alone the lineup, Namestnikov has been meh and Fast has earned to keep playing on that line, don’t believe he’s a 1st line player but you can’t move him right now so people flipping out about Vlady and Buch need to calm down, have to get a look at Chytil and Andersson, AV will be gone soon anyway

Yeah I don’t get it, people want to tank but then want optimal lineups, can’t have it both ways
