He's basically an anchor leading us to last place every year.... Why would they want to remain the worst team ever?

Asplund's as well as Olofsson's SHL contracts expire this year. It would seem to me that they're both penciled in for next season, and maybe the playoffs if they both drop out of their SHL playoffs. Asplund's team is down 3-1, Olofsson's team is tied 2-2.

I don't think so. Their play style is similar but it may take a few years for him to hit the offensive upside of ROR. Let alone being consistently "successful" in the NHL.

The only thing I foresee for the future is in game 7 OT Stanley Cup .

Ryan O'Reilly (different team) wins the face off the defenseman puts it in the net we lose the cup

He reminds me of Backlund hopefully he puts the work in and gets to that point

I just don't understand playing Casey at center right away
They really should just let him ride shotgun with Jack and build some confidence and go from there
