Halifax NS or Kingston ON?

Anybody got any inside scoop on either city? Whether you've been there, know someone who lives there, personal opinions, etc. Planning on applying to medical schools nearby (Queens v. Dalhousie).

Another option I'm considering is to stay in Edmonton and apply to Alberta.

Regardless, I wanna know more about any experiences or things about each city that I can't just pull up on the web.

I've been to Kingston quite a lot. It's a real nice city. Walked downtown this summer and it's amazing. I have a lot of friends that go to Queens or SLC.

Think my cousion went to Dalhousie. Pretty sure he liked it but he also got some sorta STD. So take it with a grain of salt.
