I dont remember who it was that kept posting the reason the hawks suck is their depth and not their core (probably fitz) but:

Duncan Keith has 0 goals in 77 games
Kane is on pace for his lowest point total since 14-15
Seabrook is literal dead weight at this point

meanwhile their "poor depth"

Schmaltz 49 points 73 games
hinostroza has 25 points in 45 games
Debrincat 26 goals, 48 points in 77 games

The complimentary guys are for the most part doing their job. The core that was once unstoppable has seen a sharp decline.

Sabres need to start sending guys back down to allow time for them to re-jell with their teammates and get in a groove for playoffs.
We have seen enough of Guhle, Baptiste, etc.
And it helps us finish at the bottom.
