A good defence fixes a lot of problems. Makes your goaltending better, improves your transition game, helps keep the forwards fresher, allows you to dictate play... - Lindenis#1

That bad goaltending kept the Canucks in it while that horrible D scored the game winner. What was that turkey saying again? |

Truthfully I'd be fine with picking 11th OA on a normal rebuilding team
It just that we have soooo few picks that you have to make that one pick count so much. |

Focus on more D prospect depth & we trade for needs from strength. Gonna take years to get there ala Nashville. Top 2 C’s when there & no obvious top D but not this draft. |

a defence that can complete passes and skate backwards helps your goaltending and offence more than your offence and goaltending help your defence complete a pass and learn to skate. - Lindenis#1
dead on

Made me laugh...
Kadri the other day said its unfair they have to play a good team in the 1st round. Thinking is not his strong suit lol
When your in a division where 4 teams are in the bottom 6 of the league he should take a PO entry as a gift. - Nighthawk

Is he going to get better or just be super inconsistent for his entire career? Ship him off now or wait a year to see if he improves his stock? |

Didn't really have any wow factor but he was ok for his first game |

Pierre LeBrun: The Sedin’s are 38-years old but are second and third in team scoring in a reduced role. Canucks GM Jim Benning will meet with Henrik and Daniel in the next few days to really see where they are at. How long they will take to make their decision isn’t known and it could go on into the offseason. The Sedin’s would likely want to know what their role with the team would be as they go younger. They could retire if they don’t where their role could be headed. |
