Collage? Not always. Sometimes it takes guys three years to acclimate to the nhl. Now he only has two years to earn his next contract. Sometimes it blows up in their face.

I've decided that if the bills want to move up into a top-four/five pick, they'll need to make a move up to 7/8 first...I don't believe any team at 2, 3, 4, or 5 will want to move all the way down to 12 this year...too many good players at the top of the draft

Bad idea, they made their move up to make their move to the top. You do it again and you're just wasting more assets. If there's a next move up that's where they stay.
