Hawks fan here and I can say that I always hated when the Hawks played the Nucks and the twins were on the ice because it seemed unfair - like you guys had a man advantage with that 6th sense the Sedins had with each other. But, they were without a doubt truly classy individuals - good human beings, and a credit to the team and the league.

I think their age group judging by the posting style/behavior is significantly younger than this thread.

Just listened to Sedin press release and again another classy performance from these 2 guys.
As a person who has gone on record as not being a fan of their playing style, I have nothing but respect for their talent, the way they handled the poop and abuse they took over the years and the way they handled the critics/media.
2 or 3 times they mentioned how the organization stuck with them, during the 1 st few seasons, while they struggled to get on track, some good advice, to many of us on here, maybe we shouldn't be so haste in writing off some of these 21-22 year olds so hastily.
Hopefully the Sedins enjoy retirement and some of the clasiness of these 2 rubbed off on a few of the young kids.
