The Flyers obviously are one of the worst PK teams in the league but at 5 on 5, the Flyers have been one of the better 5 on 5 defensive teams in the league this year. i don't think that's what the fandom believes. that said, he's the best and most reliable, experienced goalie they have. on paper he gives them the best chance. that said, he hasn't played in nearly 2 months. i am on the fence about lyon being a better option than mrazek.

I’d be happy just to see Elliott return and the team at least play well and be competitive in round one. With the existing holes on this roster, you cannot expect any more than that.
