i think the Caps would want a pretty decent prospect. If the deal was cheap enough and I could deal Elliott, because I don't think he would be happy as a backup, I might do it. The question then is I don't trust Neuvirth for a second so it's either demote or buy him out. I don't see a trade market for him, and then figure out who the backup is. Maybe Lyon or Stolarz.

Sorry about the insults, lol In my entire life I have never encountered anyone as computerized or clone like as MJL. He may want to take that as a compliment but I have no respect for anyone who will not talk one on one especially when he knows everything and wants to use his blogging back ups to gang up on me. I stand up for myself and for my opinions. I can honestly say if I did not love the Flyers I would not be here getting a lot of smart ass replies.

Stolarz, an under the radar lose this season, he played well in the game he played in the NHL last season and he has the size.

I think they can figure out Nuevy and 'Elliot, Holtby is a workhorse. I would be ok with Lyon and or Stolarz
