Their high end players are really good. But there are a lot of passengers on this roster.
There are 4-5 regulars that wouldn't sniff other playoff teams lineups.

I generally try to cut Hak some slack, but given the magnitude of this game, I just can not understand why this is the lineup he chooses to ice. Why are we moving one of our most productive forwards to the third line, and placing a albeit good player, but someone who does not really score on our first line? Maybe if things got off to a bad start and you needed to shake things up, try something different, but to start the game like this? It just isn't making sense to me.

I'm not so sure they will win. It's not like it's going to be a 5-1 game. It will probably be a one goal game in the third period.

Looks like Darling is the likely goaltender for the Canes. He's awful. Much better him than facing Ward.

No that’s very true. Throw Laughton in the middle of those two and you may have something viable. Flip is just done.

I’m just wildly curious about how much ice time Konecny gets on that line.

Also according to Bill, Laughton's back in but for Weal and Raffl is on the top line in morning skate. And Manning-Gudas is still the third pair.

For the Flyers to make any noise in the playoffs they need to get there first. I understand you want to get Simmonds going, but that has to be second priority to winning this game.

The other thing, we know how varsity works. If they win there won’t be any changes.

TK helps that first line produce just as much as G imo. His speed makes them a threat. Not many guys can keep up with Claude.

Weal has 1 point since then. I don't think that's a huge deal, honestly. I don't like taking TK off the first line, but it's obvious he's trying to balance them out a bit.
