Sure, but a guy who was amazing in the KHL his entire career can't really be judged as one of the best because he didn't play against the best.

Not a perfect comparison, but close.

- Wetbandit1

I dont blame him for playing in europe. He was a contender in a lot of majors for a lot of years there, just never got it done. Great ryder cup player too.
What about lee westwood? Cant believe he never won one. Couldnt putt.

Did the linesman just try to call icing on a puck that stopped before crossing the goal line?

Zero chemistry this team i swear

10 new players . bunch of 1st time nhlers . injuries, trades. Other teams that have been together a few years have a solid core to hold it together . our core is still learning .

Well i guess if u don’t care about being accurate then that’s on you
- jdfitz77

The whole topic is ridiculous from the beginning. Accuracy? What are you even referring to here?

No. Illegal Substitution, which I never knew was a thing.

Okay. Thanks. No sound in the office, so I was left to guessing.

Talking about a “top6” and incl. Mittelstadt & Nylander in that grouping when they’re playing on the 3rd line

If we are gonna have 3 scoring lines...
and that appears to be the structure,
then saying “top9” is a more accurate way to describe how our lineup is being built

I don't blame him either, but if you want to be considered among the best you have to play the best, not just 3 or 4 times a year.

Sergio also has 16 more years to match what Monty did.

Guessing ERod isn't considered a rookie, that makes #2 Baptiste? Not much competition this year.

Seriously...he agrees to sign with the Sabres......the Sabres. And how do we repay him? "Oh....figure out English on your own....o ya...you're a 3rd D and you're not going to be getting any help."

I never really liked phil either. His final round at the 2013 open was one of the best rounds ive ever watched though.
- TheHank

Followed Phil around Spyglass in 2005 at the AT&T when he shot a 62. That was about as good as it gets. Man he could bomb it off the tee.

He just comes off as a supreme pr¡ck. So does Tiger, but he was so dominant that it's almost like he was entitled to it? I don't know. That's the only reason I can think of why people accepted it from Tiger, but not Phil, of those I know that don't like Phil for that reason.
- Wetbandit1

I worked the AMEX WC tourney in SF 15 years ago and was up and close to Phil as I was escorting him and everyone else through the autograph lines. I can tell you this in no uncertain terms ........... Phil is a phony. It's all an act with him ....

Is it too early to be unimpressed by nylander?
