Sportsnet was granted those additional frequencies based on a promise to provide regional programming. There's absolutely no reason a historic NHL home game in Vancouver should be preempted by a baseball scrimmage from Toronto. Clearly they aren't living up to their mandate and the CRTC should be the ones hearing about it.

Not so sure BB is in their range. He is a goal scoring winger while Tarasenko is a top scoring winger along with Gaudeau. That said 8yr term is fine if money makes sense so say 8/6m is my max. Top $ for me goes to a 1C & top 2D. When or if we draft or sign those as a UFA is for another day.
