Hoping Eichel joins Mittelstadt playing for USA at the World Championships. Olofsson has 3 assists today for Sweden in a 7-1 win over Slovakia in their pre tourney matchups with one another. I mean, everyone’s play is elevated when they play with Eichs. If Baptiste were to hold his own and get chances in the bottom 6 it would show progression in his own game to be able to handle the big time minutes.

Yeah, you can tell his eyesight is going as Girgs is Pommer and Wilson is Reinhart all the time, but he's been with the organization so long, I like his old style, I can get through it.

Between him and Ray, I'm not sure we're really trying for a serious broadcast any more. I tune in to watch Jack and listen to Ray/Rick insult each other.

Yeah, I think people pile on him a bit. I thought he played a solid game other than getting tracked down and stripped by Zac Smith. Active stick, had some good plays along the boards and didn't make any egregious errors. Probably was some salt in that.
