E. Kane 29/25 = 54....$5,250,000
S. Reinhart 25/25 = 50.....$894,167 and is a useless bust who shouldn't get a raise.
.....I'd like to ask that all you Reinhart haters get a vasectomy before I have to live on this planet with more of your kind. - seedy
Post of the day. Kudos. |

For the record, I'm not hating on Reinhart. I'm pointing out the hypocrisy of some about hating on ROR for his salary at a harder position, with the other attributes he brings, while getting ready to pay Reinhart big bucks |

As with most draft picks. D men take longer . Would we have to wait 3-4 yrs for Dahlin to be a force . seems to be the norm. - cabin
Dahlin would be a force by year 2 and that might even be generous. |

Even jack wasn't a force his 1st yr . Yes he was good ,but we had nothing on the team to compare him with . Sam was a yr or 2 behind him. |

That looks pretty accurate barring any trades or fa signings. Something like this could work as well
Erod- Eichel- ? (praying for Svech or Z)
Smith- ROR- Reinhart
Bailey-Mittelstadt-Okposo
Wilson-Malone-Pominville

Fasching looks like a guy that won't make it, Botts did specifically mention Malone maybe O'Regan has a shot
Seems like Olofsson and Asplund are on the way I'm guessing they start the year in Rochester |

We have 1 top 6 winger. This group needs a lot of work.

Seedy...watch him play. He was invisible for the first half of the season. Again, he is slow and rarely wins one on one battles. This is a contract year for him. |

"Sabres center Ryan O'Reilly won 19 faceoffs in the game to break the all-time NHL record of 1,268 set by Carolina's Rod Brind'Amour in 2005-06. O'Reilly finished with 1,274."
2 pims on the year
60 points
3 consecutive 20-goal seasons.
But he's overpaid and we're gonna give Reinhart $5m a year - jcragcrumple
This is mighty impressive, I will say myself |

There’s no chance Sam Reinhart gets within 2 mil of 7.5
I still think it’s a 1- year deal |

It is, you'd think an accidental high-stick or trip here or there would get you. Is it just because he knows what not to do and doesn't commit penalties? Or is he never really in the play enough to get caught up and trip a guy accidentally, or high-stick him?
I like him, but I think it's a legitimate question. |

I think that's dangerous for the Sabres, but in the end whatever they do won't be the end of them unless it's a stupid 8 year deal.
A perfect deal for me would be 3 years $13M. Get him "cheap" for 3 years and then go from there. You might have to pay him big money then, but you also know(I hope to God) where you are by that point. And whether he deserves a raise or a banishment. |

Always struck me as a general lack of aggression. Wish he played a little closer to that line at times and took a few more penalties. |
