That's not how it works. Generally people who can't afford a car don't have perfect credit, or already have a lease from that brand which is almost always what's required for the price you see on TV. A new, leased car, will almost always make you have collision on said car, you're looking at, for a single male younger than 40, at least $150 a month, plus gas, just call it another $150 a month on average.

You're looking at at least $500 a month rock bottom price for a car. For someone taking home(not gross) $20 grand a year, which is way, way more common than you think, that's a ton of money, a little less than 1/3 of your monthly pay.

That’s 6 pieces I couldn’t find on your roster. The above players listed are all keepers but in no way shape or form are they good enough to make up for the blanks in such key positions. You probably have enough players on your roster to fill up the unlisted spots on the roster. A nice smattering of veterans and rookies AHL graduates are all you need there, but the key position should are hard to fill.
Best course of action is to be patient, let the young players like Ghule and Middlestat graduate Into those positions in a few years and you’ll be fine.
Also, you guys should draft one of the defenders this year, tho you have enough holes that’s BPa isn’t a bad idea either.

See, this is where I have a completely different opinion than you.
ROR has been remarkably consistent production wise.
As far as production goes, he ain’t the problem, period.

The problem isn’t his contract either, until you understand why he’s paid the additional money...whatever it is...this board has settled on about $1.5m per.

So, what do I expect as the GM of the team paying him...oh and paying him creatively to insulate him from a lockout season as well...
