Noah Dobson and Ty Smith would make nice additions, just have to trade down.
Bode Wilde and Rasmus Kupari if Van wanted to do a different trade down.   |

No one will trade down in the top 7-10 in this draft i think.
They rarely seem to trade down historically.
Found an article from last year arguing trading down from 5th OA last year and taking Suzuki and a 2nd rounder.

Knowing what we know now about Pettersson, i don't think anyone would do that trade now.

No one will trade down in the top 7-10 in this draft i think.

I would think the only reason you would trade down is if you :
a. Were super confident about a prospect no one else knew about
b. Had a number of high end prospects, but felt you needed some depth, or needed to acquire more picks.
Doesn't seem to happen much anymore. |
