Yeah, really don’t like any cheeses. Especially the ones you mentioned. It’s mold isn’t it? Hamburgers over cheeseburgers. I don’t have exquisite taste in food at all.

Not sure if it is common knowledge, but they also have chicken cheese steaks down here. Some places just dice up chicken like you would on a Caesar salad, but the chicken is sliced about as thin as a slice of deli meat when they throw it on the grill when you find a place that makes them good.

In general I think it’s disgusting, but I can dip wings/fingers/pizza in bleu cheese + medium sauce on a daily basis. The combo is just too good

Can’t do it on Salads. I can only do pizza place homemade blue cheese

Crumbles on a salad with Italian dressing is good though too

Or blue cheese butter (just blue cheese crumbles mixed with butter & a little Worcestershire sauce) on steaks or burgers
