I haven’t paid much attn to Hanifin since he entered the league
(pretty much never watch Carolina)

Its food for thought. What if you could then trade down to 3rd and get another nice piece and just take zadina there? Just dahlin or zadina plus a premium young dman plus another premium young guy/pick? Lots of food for thought there.

Dez has dropped off the last couple of years. Not as good as when he signed that deal. Still an upgrade on what the Bills have now but buyer beware.

It's just a hypothetical. All i'm trying to say is, they should keep an open mind about the draft. Just something fun to think about

That said, ff they win the draft, they are 100% taking Dahlin, i know that

Yeah, fairly or unfairly, Housley is already on the hot seat. He needs Botts to get him help asap. He won't survive another full year of 31st imo. I expect some bold moves

so they’d probably just be happy to stay at #2 and pick a winger
It would have to be a perfect situation to see a team try to make a deal like that with us

Maybe Chicago would try something like that? But idk what good young defenseman they could give us

Darnold worries me a bit with his throwing motion & all the turnovers

Rosen is clearly the best prospect to me

But his concussions are an issue

I think it depends on the type of team they ice.

This year, was boring, no intensity, almost 0 entertainment value.

If they are close to last, but CM looks great, they move some money off the books etc, I think they buy themselves another year (At least Housley, I don't think JB is on any hot seat for at least 2 years)
