Hopefully Coots is fine if he isn't Giroux has to go back to center - FreshFlyer
I have a theory.
Once Lindblom found out that he was going to be scratched, he used his Swedish wizardry to put a spell on Gudas to make him take out Coots. Since the other lines are set, he figured they'd put G back at center and he'd slide onto the top line.

Lindbum should use some of this wizardry to score himself some goals.

Knowing the Flyers luck Couts probably shattered his knee cap or something off that collision 😢😢

Obviously, they shouldn't cheer dumb penalties. However, they could try and lift the team every once and while. They are overmatched in this series. Some fan support could go a long way. Just sick of all the negativity in that stadium when the slightest hint of adversity shows. - mickel25
I am sorry but I was sitting in that building and was the crowd was into it until the 4th goal. When that goal happened what do you expect the fans to do. You had offsetting penalties that most thought we were getting the power play no one near me expected the TK penalty, then Jake takes a dumb penalty that the refs checked a guy for blood and then called hooking. The fans were already losing their minds at the refs then the Flyers gave up 2 quick goals, one on the 4v3 and 5 seconds later at 4v3. The energy was gone we've seen that script too many times against the Penguins.
They asked Simmonds about Coots going down in practice and he said he isn't worried and that Coots will be fine. What does that even mean when did Simmonds become the medical trainer also. Flyers irritate me man

Well, rumor has it that Simmonds did sleep in a Holiday Inn Express last night.

Media asking that question of Simmer is more infuriating. You know the canned answer is going to come.

I think some things are becoming clearer now about their medical diagnostics team.

I agree , at least ask Hak, what insights is Simmonds going to be able to provide in regards to that question. Media is obviously clueless - FreshFlyer
Hextall and Simmonds looking at Couturier's mangled dead body laying in a pool of blood.
Hextall:: "Wayne, what do you think?"
Simmonds: "I don't know, he's pretty tough, probably just got hit with a puck in the chest and got the wind knocked out of him."
Flyers press release: "Sean Couturier is day-to-day with an undisclosed upper-body injury."
