Mosquitoes are not a big deal to me. Even when I get bit a dozen times. I understand a few things.

Dont wear dark solid colors and your swarm will be 20% of what it would be with that black hoodie on. Wear a white one.

Dont scratch that bite for the first few hours and the next day you wont even know there was a bite on that spot.

When camping, a fire cooked meal won't draw the bastards to your site. The smokeless Co2 from the BBQ/Stove will... as well as exhaust from a truck, ATV or genny.

My one weakness with those things is at night in my bedroom or camper when trying to sleep. A single mosquito that doesn't even intend to bite me will keep me awake all night. At times there are like 50 in the house. Multiple sweep throughs with the swatter a day and always before bed. It seemed worse when I first moved to the North Cariboo though. I had to put a mosquito net over my bed then.

The other evening while driving home from 100 Mile, I was listening to their show. For a full hour the host said " Coming up shortly we will be talking about the Canucks and what to do with their cap space. Some are of the opinion they shouldn't spend it all" Each time he said that, he talked about WWE(3 times), The Raptors, and the Jays. At the very end of the hour, he repeats what I wrote there and said "I'm of the opinion they shouldn't spend it all". Good night folks. That was it.... they pushed Canuck talk all hour without it ever happening.

Then the next hour was about giving Humbolt some breathing space in the media and cooling off on the attention. They relentlessly talked about it for a full hour with interviews asking people in Humbolt if they need breathing space?

That station is full of retards.... or a Monty Python spin off... I'm undecided.
