Our CBC feed in Buffalo is 480p. It's almost unwatchable for hockey.

I have it on an antenna so I don't have that problem, but just about every cable package on a border city offers CBC in HD...except Buffalo.

Absolutely. With a decent antenna you can pull in all of the Toronto stations in unbelievable HD. Much better quality than cable or sat.
