I wouldn't retain any salary, Montreal has the cap space to fit him in. If it was a necessity the most I would retain is 1M. But imo picks 4-8 are pretty interchangeable and will come down to team preference. TK and Wahlstrom at forward and a guy like Joel Ferabee can sneak into the top 10. Whereas on defense you will have one of Boqvist, Hughes, Bouchard, Smith, Dobson to choose from.
