So I heard No Dak State LB Nick DeLuca get interviewed by Zig Fricassi on NFL Radio this weekend (Tony Pauline was really good on that show too.) sounded good and started to look for info on him on the web. Clicked on a link to see some of his highlights. Looks like Kuechly and projected to be mid rounder. Good news, looks like a Bills coach was running LB drills and got a real good look at him at the combine. Bad news, the link to his highlights was from Patriots.com. FML

Adam Boqvist with 2 goals today vs Canada in a 3-2 OT loss at the U18’s. Has 6 points (3-3) in 4 games and 25 SOG..... 25 as a d-man. Potential Sabre if we draft 4th overall.

I would literally be on the phone with Bergervin as soon as the lottery balls pop up and go hard at acquiring his first rounder this year for O’Reilly. Package him with a prospect if we have too. If we can get one of Dahlin, Svechnikov, Zadina. And one of Boqvist, Whalstrom, TK we will be cup contenders by 2021. Including two first rounders next year. If Botts and his scouting staff can put together two strong drafts this year and next nobody will be laughing at us anymore.

My final draft Draft Dream Scenario:
- Trade up as high as they can to get QB, hopefully Rosen, without giving up #22 or next year’s 1st. Draft Value Chart shows they can get to Denver with #12, 2nd and Cleveland’s 3rd.
- Draft interior OL at #22, Either James Daniels, Iowa C, or UTEP G Will Hernandez. These guys look like beasts and QB is going to need a couple Stalwarts on OL. Hopefully Dawkins can be another.
- Take best WR left on board in round 2.
- DeLuca in 3rd.

You can swap positions at #22 and round 2 if you prefer.
