I think they get to 5, 6 or 7 in a draft day trade and take their guy there rather than trying to get to 2. Hopefully they can find a way to save their 2019 1st.

An interesting proposal though would be to Package 12, 22, 53(their 1st 2nd rounder), Shaq Lawson and Shady to the Giants for their 2nd. Including those two players might be enough to satisfy their need for immediate impactful help while also giving them a bevy of new players to plug other holes.
I don’t think the Giants are as bad as their record last year, since they were pretty decent the year before...it could be a great infusion of talent to ride Eli’s last 2 years.

Chubb, Fitzpatrick, Edmunds, Smith, Ward, James, Jackson - that is 7 studs right there...
Throw in Nelson and Barkley and you have 9 outstanding players ... throw in the 4 QB’s and at 12 pick the selecting team is well- suited to pick up a player or have some ammo to move up a couple of spaces to grab their guy and still bank the remaining players / picks.
This is interesting stuff...can’t wait for Thursday!

Yep, that all makes sense
The worry for me is that Tampa (just for example) wouldn’t be willing to trade back with us bc they’re targeting a Safety & don’t know that one will be there at 12

So we’d potentially have to give them enough to convince them that possibly not getting “their guy” is worth missing out on

But yeah... overall, this draft could have quite a few twists & turns
Should be a really fun watch

Super Troopers 2 is probably the best comedy sequel I’ve seen
At least in a long time

Not a great movie
But anyone who liked the first will enjoy this one
