What is so pressing in Oklahoma that he goes there all the time? "He" goes to Texas a lot too, Fort Worth usually must be talking to the Cowboys and Stars, but instead of flying into Love Field in Dallas, he makes them drive to him.

-- Buffalo Bills owner Terry Pegula was even more direct, claiming the league was "under assault" because of the rising tide of protests, sponsor unhappiness and declining TV ratings.
“We need some kind of immediate plan because of what’s going on in society," he said. "All of us now, we need to put a Band-Aid on what’s going on in the country.”
He also suggested the league find a point person -- preferably a player -- to combat what he called a "media problem." But his example was a poor choice, considering the already-charged political climate.
“For years we’ve watched the National Rifle Association use Charlton Heston as a figurehead,” Pegula said. “We need a spokesman.”
“... For us to have a face, as an African-American, at least a face that could be in the media, we could fall in behind that.”
that last line

I understand the sentiment, but wow, that's a bad way to say it. He should never be allowed near a microphone. He's the weirdest, most awkward person I've seen in an owner.
Though the Breaking Bad reference at the Draft here was awesome. I remember thinking "is he really making a Breaking Bad reference in his speech?". I almost wonder if someone else wrote it for him and he had no idea what he was saying.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports the Browns are shopping the No. 4 pick.
NFL Network's Tom Pelissero adds Cleveland has had "a lot of conversations" about a trade. The fourth-overall pick is a potential move up spot for teams looking to draft a quarterback. The Browns would get multiple Day 2 picks if they trade down, but it may put them out of the range of Saquon Barkley and NC State DE Bradley Chubb.

An offensive coordinator told NFL Network he doesn't expect Lamar Jackson to make it as a quarterback.
"Will not be able to play quarterback in this league, mark my words," the coordinator said. "When he throws, he hopes." A quarterbacks coach added that Jackson struggled to "verbalize" his offensive scheme at Louisville. Jackson's accuracy and football IQ have been questioned throughout the pre-draft process, but he's not expected to fall out of the first round.

Trade O’Reilly + for #4,
then trade up to 2 for Svechnikov
Then get Nikita Gusev from Vegas for picks/prospects
Probably won’t cost a lot since he won’t sign there anyways & has a year left in KHL before he can come over
And do your Niederreiter trade with Minny
Take back Ennis for a year to get a good deal, which would only be pick/prospect bc they need Cap relief & cant take $$$ back
Last Tuesday he went to Baltimore for a half hour and then on to Westchester, Maybe he picked up the Ravens GM to go meet with Woody Johnson to blackmail the Jets into giving up their pick.
