I would rank the QBs and figure out which ones have the best chances of success. I would take accuracy and leadership over athletic ability. I know at least two qbs will be gone by pick #4. If I am comfortable with all 4 qb's, I talk to teams 5-10 to trade up if one of the 4 is still available.

Based on past QBs and their inability to overcome accuracy issues, on top of the fact that I'm scarred from EJ Manuel (ranked a 4th round prospect at time of draft, (frank) you Whaley/Nix) and Cardale Jones, I would go:

Baker, Darnold, Rosen, Rudolph, Allen, Jackson, Lauletta
