My favorite wing there is the Sicilian style. It's not so much the sauces that I like - though their medium-hot is perfect, imo, but the double frying and quality of wing is great.

But I definitely agree, Gabriel's Gate may be the best

You're right about the wing itself. They were good size and well-cooked (Anchor Bar could take notes). I've only been once, so I haven't tried any of the other flavors. Maybe next time I'm back.
