You're assuming Allen's team didn't leak this. Or the team that wants to draft him. Maybe Allen doesn't want to go to Cleveland or any top-5 team. There's no knowing who did it and for what reason

Draft lottery I think. They're going to do the first 8 picks before the start of the game, then 3 picks in the 3rd commercial break, then skip a few and do 2nd overall in the 1st intermission and 3rd overall in the 2nd, and then the winner sometime during the 3rd period, maybe on an offside.
