Imagine if Botts can somehow get one of Bogo or Okposo off this roster and he buys out Moulson? And if he gets Asplund over here and Pilut (from Sweden) signed, I think he will have had a very successful off-season. Finding a winger for Jack would be absolute gravy.

I like how he didn't sugar coat it. Most gms will say something like, yes, dahlin is a great player, but we're going to do our due diligence. Botterill just basically comes out and says Dahlin is amaze balls and we're taking him. Suck it jero

After the watching us lose the Mcdavid draft I vowed not to watch this one and wait till it was over to see who one. I waited to the end and almost freaked when I saw we won.

On another note, anyone think if Montreal doesn't trade their pick for a center that they will skip over Zadina and take Brady T just because he is a center?

Now we can debate what forward will fall out of the first round and into our laps at pick 32. Pick 1 is all sown up , Dahlin all the way. Couldn't be happier
