This site is pretty decent. They now have Tkachuk going 6th, after Bourchard and Boqvist - Mentalorgasm5

I would be fine just moving back in at the end of round 1 and selecting Akil Thomas. |

this is over rated
you are uncoachable - homiedclown
Since this is the prevailing sentiment on this board, I’d like to better understand the reasoning behind this...specifically why having a player refusing to play the coaches prescribed system is overhyped. |

It’s crazy, we get Dahlin and act like we don’t need any other defense on team. Risto is a perfect second pair defensemen. With a good contract. |

Exactly. Risto has his flaws but is very reasonably priced and it would be a huge mistake to unload him, imo. |

But Chris Carter told me if you use him like Kyrie Irving he would be good

The assumption is you can get more in a deal than what he’s worth to the team (I.e like Adam Larsson, 2nd pair guy for first line winger) |

Well we need a new whipping boy so bring on the Risto hate.
I am content keeping ROR too. Would love to see Botts do anything he can to move Bogo this year, and Okposo this or next year. |

On the flip side, Chiarelli only had one of those... |

This team needs an identity. They won’t keep this core together that has none |

He said the core will be changed up okposo , bogo ate not in the core
One of ROR, ristolainen, Sam will be gone for Jack's winger |

I tend to agree, but getting that franchise defenseman I think makes things a lot less desperate. |

I get that. I think it safe to say people want Mouslon, Bogo, Okposo and ROR gone. If I have to rank them though, I want them going in the order of Okposo, Bogo, ROR, and then Moulson.
I dont think its possible to move all four, and Im just looking at long term plan. |

Internally Bogo was considered part of the core. From the fan's perceptive, he never was, but that is a moot point. |

I highly doubt Botterill ever considered him part of the core. |

Man . Buffalo's good fortune in winning the Dahlin sweepstakes has put some over the edge . Folks need to remember he is going to be a Rookie next year . Don't drive the kid out of town before he gets there. Be reasonable and temper your expectations. Willing to trade everyone already is a little silly . I hope Botterill does not try to accelerate the rebuild like Murray did. You guys know how that turned out. Again congrats on the big win but some in here need to relax and let your GM make the right moves and not just make trades for the sake of making trades |
