17 year old Dahlin has as many points in less games as 18 year old Anze Kopitar did in the SHL.

Dahlin ranks 5th in P/GP for U18 skaters in SHL history. That's including forwards.

If Dahlin was a forward, his numbers would be *exceptional* and have him in the conversation as first overall.
Except he's not a forward, he's a blueliner. He's literally the best defender to enter an #NHLDraft EVER and it's not close.

He's done it a few times this playoffs and I believe during the season also. I would beat his ass, why nobody has is strange.

Game was so much different. Goalies were atrocious, with even worse equipment. Defensemen weren't blocking shots fearlessly the way they are now. Half, if not more, of the players couldn't skate worth a sh!t. Orr was great in his era. He'd be Torrey Krug in today's game.

many players blocked shots in that era, and eras after it

I have never seen a sabre block as many shots as mike ramsey


and comparing orr to dahlin is a flat out joke right now

you can make a case orr is the second best player EVER in the NHL
