I’d be fine with it. But I’d have low, low expectations - sbroads24
I'm not expecting him to light the world on fire maybe 900 yards and 7TDS with us |

Staal - gerbe75pts
Tuch
He is 21 and is only going to get better. Would be a perfect guy to pair with Jack or Casey.
Staal is going to be 34 and has maybe 2-3 years left producing those numbers.

Friedman: Calgary will consider offers on Dougie Hamilton and Sam Bennett
https://frshockey.com/nhl...__twitter_impression=true
I'm starting to think Hamilton might be a problem in the locker room - gerbe75pts
I'd take a gamble on Bennett for the right price.
My guess with Hamilton is that they have 2 guys in the minors that are going to be pushing for spots in Rasmus Andersson and Oliver Kylington. |

Is this a fair or interesting trade for either team?

Staal would cost us something significant so that probably be a pass anyways
Not really fan of tuch think he will just be another Clarke MacArthur ( not a bad thing for the 3rd line )

I think Duncan Keith is almost done he looked like absolute poop last year
Maybe he's played too much hockey over the last 5 years and he just needs a break and he'll be back to his dominance next year I don't know |

I'm liking your idea about Sam Bennett I would love his speed on this team maybe he can turn into a poor man's Brad Marchand |

You do realize MacArthur was a 1st line winger before injuries. I mean if Tuch becomes a 50-60 point player, wouldn't you take that for the next several years? He's also gritty. |

That was the rumour coming out of Boston. Im not sure if hes a (frank)ing goof but it kinda reminds me of Dean Maccamond and Tony Hrkac. Now, neither were as high end a talent as DH, but both moved around alot.
Tony Hrkac was a servicable NHL depth player, a journeyman, but I heard he was such an awkward geek that he just couldnt fit in anywhere. I mean....12 NHL teams between 87 and 03?
Dean Maccamond was a good player, solid middle 6 utility guy. 11 teams in 16 years ( sometimes returned to former teams). He was a bible thumper though and was always talking about Jesus in the locker room when everyone else wanted to talk about wussy. |

Honestly he's another guy that if paired with Jack could be something special to watch. He's caught in a numbers game and IMO this coming season could be a breakout year for him.
Dk what it would take but I'd like to see them push for a Bennett/Kylington deal. |

Hrkac was also out of the league for like 4 years in the middle of his career and was a an expansion pick I think twice. He was a serviceable 3rd liner, Also pretty sure he had some injury issues in his mid to late 20's. |

I just heard he was awkward geek from his time in Edmonton.
The point is that sometimes good players get bounced around because they’re a bad it the locker room. |

I dont disagree just remember him having a hard time staying healthy and bouncing around a bit because of it. |
